I think really that middle part of our fixture is very hard so going 5-0 in the first 5 REALLY winnable matchups would be excellent

Saints and Adelaide away are harder than they appear, but they’re exactly the type of wins a team looking to get top 4 (like we are) SHOULD win

Four Saturday nights and one Friday night at Optus and only one Sunday arvo game at Optus in the first fifteen rounds (and that’s the Derby). Can’t complain about that.

Three MCG games. No Tassie or Gold Coast or Canberra. Again, no complaints.

We can’t complain about the double ups because we finished top six. Let’s just say it’s great experience for our young team.

Bar the early starts in Brissy and Sydney when you can be sure we don’t turn up for the first quarter (and the stupid 3pm start in Gather around) - I’d say that’s our best fixture in years.

When was the last time we had three games in a season at the MCG? Don’t even think we did that in 2012 or 2013 when we had finals there!

A stash of Saturday home games to start off with, cant complain at that.

Can't complain about a tough fixture, probably not going to win the premiership this year anyway so will be great experience for the group. If we're good enough we'll win some of those double ups anyway.

3 games at the G, definitely can't complain about that

Timeslots are much more important and it looks like we've been given some good ones
