Didn't realise he'd left BF. His going away video had a touch of FIGJAM.

Very strange.

I reckon he might regret leaving BF. I know I won't go looking at his stuff unless someone links it and it sounds interesting.

Anyway, if there was a draft expert who was going to put Ashcroft at the top of his draft rankings, it would be KM. I suspect this time his view is probably going to be validated but he has form in heavily promoting the benefits non-football state clubs get from Academies.

If history is any guide it is really surprising he hasn't got Fletcher top 10.

I believe Knightmare is very, very stats focused, and bases a lot of his rankings on viewing stats, and matching those up with what he sees on field.

One thing he looks at is contested possessions percentage. If a player has a poor percentage, he simply doesn’t rate them. Regardless of the role or skills of the player.

He chucked the sads because people kept pointing out that he doesn't really watch the kids, even when given the opportunity.

Tickner too. :D

I vaguely remember that happening but i was just going off what i found on his final draft rankings
The best part of being a D&T mod for years was being able to view post edit history. I could literally go back and see the academy kids all being listed in KM's top handful at the start of the year, and then slowly slipping into the teens, 20s and 40s as others' opinions came out and started pointing out they weren't as good as KM had them and had been talking them up.

KM is very very pedigree focused and then stats focused. He then sometimes watches games. :D

I was going to mention this, but couldn’t be bothered bringing it up again. He’s gone, it’s history, moving on.

Could someone with a better understadning than me tell me why Darcy is a restricted FA but Dan Mc is an unrestricted FA when they were both recruited to the club at the same time?
