Won’t be this year or possibly even next but Collingwood won a flag after finishing bottom 3. As did Melbourne. Freo currently sit top 4 after looking nowhere near it last year. Not saying we’re close to any of those sides but things can change quick in modern footy.

Clearly we have issues turning good ball movement into scores and turning the ball over in dangerous positions under no pressure which leads to bulk scores against. Both of those are very fixable and it’s far better than being smashed around the ball like we usually are
