It's weird that people think we she should just strike out "white" from privilege

Had cracked ribs and internal injuries due to some sort of (domestic) violence episode. What's she do? Gets herself absolutely loaded, becomes loud and absusive to the extent that she's locked up. Has a heart attack in the cell which isn't discovered in time to save her. Exactly who's fault is that?

Last week we heard the family of three kids killed in a car accident blaming police for chasing them. They were all off their heads on drugs and alcohol stole a car and went on a joy ride. Again who exactly is at fault? Thank buggery they didn't kill some poor innocent bastard..

I'm familiar with the incident. The police and Dr's versions of events absolutely deserve scrutiny but Mrs Dhu's actions put them in a very difficult position. She's could not have made it harder for them to help her, she could not have done much more to contribute to her own death. Have a heart attack and you need everything going in your favour to survive.
