There as definitely a foul on Rafael in the leadup to the second goal. Only had eyes for taking out the player and dropped the shoulder in.

I think this is playing out as expected early. Chelsea sitting very deep and not committing many forward.

City have started well but if last year is anything to go by they'll be hard to break down.
