An interesting stat that I found out about Dimma today:
Damien Hardwick has been involved in six consecutive minor premierships.
He was with Essendon when they finished top in 1999, 2000 and 2001 and with Port Adelaide when they were on top in 2002, 2003 and 2004.
And he has just one premiership medallion to show for it!
Interestingly, Harwdick has not had a single Brownlow vote in any of those seasons! He last received a Brownlow vote in Round 16 of 1998 against Richmond when he received 3. He also received 3 against St.Kilda in Round 2 and Brisbane in Round 8.
