It's easy to get emotional and think irrationally after a heartbreaking after-the-siren loss, but let's not forget that the AFL is a brutal competition and we can't win every week. It's also easy to forget the state the club was in when Ken arrived when no one else had the courage to take us on. He's given his heart and soul to the club for the past 10 years and is committed to lead us to the best of his ability for the remainder of his term as head coach - to the end of 2023 and perhaps even further. The players love him and have bought in to his system and they remain a tight knit group where no one wants to leave. The least we supporters can do is to also unite and rally behind Ken and the team, and continue to back them in with unconditional faith that they know what they're doing and are on the right path to ultimate success. It's what the senior players have asked us to do and it's what separates true believers from casual fans.

There are dedicated threads on this forum for expressing negativity and such comments often spill over into many of the others. We need a safe space to express positivity and gratitude, a haven from doubters and haters. Donna has expressed well the difficulties that come from living in the Adelaide goldfish bowl and the undue stresses and strains this can bring, so let's use this thread to wraps our arms around the big fella and show him some love. We know we will have been successful in turning around this ship of negatively if we can create an environment where Ken feels comfortable in committing to us for the long term and we can keep him beyond 2023.

Finally, while Ken needs our support the most we need to ensure that Kochie and Richo know we've got their backs as well. They will also be doing it tough and words of encouragement for them would not go astray. Let's all remain unbelievably connected as we continue to chase greatness.

You got me with "It's easy to get emotional ......" then named Ken in your next sentence.

I'm crying uncontrollably right now 😢
