Having a rain filled Australia Day is as foreign to me as a white Christmas.
Adelaide oval or Glenelg?NOTE TO EVERYONE IN ADELAIDE
We play India in a trial WC game around Feb 12 I think.
In fairness to Sydney, we wouldnt be having that level of Indian support in Adelaide to offer a good rivalry. But who occurs its Australia Day and the game is played in Australia.
Without wanting to brag, ah fck it, it is a beautiful sunny evening in Adelaide. Chilly yet, but picturesque at the moment.
It's even sunny in Melbourne. Cool but sunny.Without wanting to brag, ah fck it, it is a beautiful sunny evening in Adelaide. Chilly yet, but picturesque at the moment.

According to this:

If over 10 over but less than 25 overs are played for the game you get 50% back.
Feb 8 it is, already have a ticket for it (it's free, but you have to print your ticket at home). It's also does not receive official 'ODI' status.
We probably would - the Indians were awesome in quantity and quantity during the Test.

Is the game abandoned?
There have been more washed out ODI games at the SCG and the Gabba at this time of year than any other venue, it's happened regularly.
Sydney has rain forecast for the next 4 days FFS, it's not like this is a freak weather event today and just bad luck, it was always on the cards.
If this game was played in Adelaide, Perth, Melbourne or even Hobart it was much more likely that it wouldn't be rain affected, it was a stupid decision by CA to play it in Sydney and they deserve to be called out on it.
Not sure if Adelaide would have worked today. Was too sunny.
