It's lacking almost as much as 2007.

I turned it off after a quarter and a half. The Eagles had all but stopped moving forward of the ball. Kennedy nipped off to Crown to steal pints, Priddis was there, but the bright lights of the city distracted him... At the end of the day, you shouldn't bring Eagles to Melbourne, the coke is cheaper and the pubs are open later.

But they lost a handful of times during the season just gone. Where as the Eagles finished first.

Face it, West Coast put in an absolutely pitiful effort and they should be deported to a remote Russian detention facility or at least told before the game that the Grand Final is a game you want to show up for.

On the flip side no one expected us to be playing in the GF so it's safe to say we are a season in front of our development and hopefully are better for it, we aren't an old side so our window is well and truly open.
