The Suns are looking into information they received that Bennell hit a Perth nightclub late on Saturday night.

There is no suggestion he got poleaxed or played up in anyway. But what was he doing out in the first place?

Bennell didn’t finish the game because of a knee injury. That would send-up a warning flag to any professional athlete, that with a cross-country flight ahead of them, their focus ought to be on getting their recovery 100 per cent right.

And he had just returned from a one match suspension for breaking a team booze ban.

Going out screams to the world that he doesn’t care enough about his footy

Spotted this on the Foxtel show 'Outback Rangers' this evening. My girlfriend saw it and was over the moon with her find, haha.

Good to see some more northern Australian AFL rep!

Rocket was asked last night if GAZ was playing next week. Eade looked totally exasperated. Not from the question, but its obviously doing his head in trying to work out what Gaz is doing.

- letters are being sent out to try to retrieve the full statement from hunt and his lawyers
- doesn't believe the club has a drug issue, was an end of season matter, which all clubs recognise as a high risk time
- will be reasking players in relation to their involvement in the cocaine stuff in the next few days
- won't be speaking to hunt personally
- doesn't believe the playing group is split into 'god squad' and 'binge boys'
- players going about business today, recovery sessions today. conversations with players will be organised around their recovery schedules

Players split between "God Squad" (3-4 players) and "Binge Boys" (5-6 players.. WTF...What about the other 40 odd players on the list...are they the "Fence-Sitter Frathouse"?

This should be a good laugh.

Does anyone have a copy of the sports frontpage of the Courier Mail on Saturday? It had Marcus Ashcroft sitting by himself in the Suns locker room after hearing about Phil Walsh's death. ******* heart breaking - make my heart sink.

Saw it on AFL 360 but would like a higher definition copy.
