Perfect to target the 60-70% Maximum Heart Rate range for fat burning.
Massively struggling at the moment. Spent the last 4 days in bed with gastro.
Calories are probably massively under - all i can really handle is toast and gatorade. Although have been putting jam on the toast to try and up calories a bit.
Protein intake has been sfa.. can't even think to stomach a shake although i'm going to have to try. Might try PP and yoghurt or something.
Really pissing me off coz i was 8 out of 12/13 weeks into my cut and all was going to plan, strength loss was minimal.
