I'm right in the middle of exam season as a mature aged student taking on full time parenting and studying. When I feel a space for a break I have 2-3 drinks, not much advanced thinking happening here.

I bid $2m more than anyone else but yeah, contract him at that price next season too then 25% raises there after...decent value. Still not as good as Curry's contract though

Development contract every year at +25%
When they get expensive you can put them on QO and retain at market value.

So a player drafted for $1m yr 1
Yr2 retained for $1m on team contract.
Yr3 retained for $1.25m on Development contract
Yr4 retained for $1.56m on Development contract
Yr5 retained for $1.95m on Development contract
Yr6 retained for $2.44m on Development contract
Yr7 retained for $3.05m on Development contract
Yr8 retained for $3.81m on Development contract
Etc.
Yr15 QO and matched at Auction for $xxxx
