The comparisons with Barg isn't fair to the kid. For starters the kids plays defence and is a excellent shooter and also is a good 3pt shooter which Bargs is none of.
The problem with drafting him is he is a project player and for us to tank for a sure thing and then we cant do that properly and we pass on ready made NBA players like Winslow for a project isn't cool. Hopefully in a year or so he becomes what the Knicks saw in him.
