I think if they want to do it could be before draft night , 5 minute just not enough time to do complex deal .

I think it’s a safe bet that Adelaide will only try to trade up to pick 6 on draft night if Rankine or Lukocious slide....highly unlikely. Any trade for 3 would have to be done pre-draft....again, highly unlikely.

I think Rozee will be Port bound, a quality pick up. If Port are all in on Rankine and GC happy with Rozee or Smith, I would expect them to make a strong play for 3.

Only trade I can see Adelaide doing is a move down from 8 if a ‘slider’ GWS are keen on is still available (eg Ben King). Perhaps 9 and 11 for Adelaide’s 8 and 16?

Gives Adelaide 9, 11, 13 and 21 - would be more than satisfied to walk away with 3 of Hately, RCD, Stocker or Duursma plus a bolter at 21.
