Seems that the yellow cards a few of the Uruguayans got in the South American qualifiers will mean they miss the first leg!

Key defender Diego Lugano and midfielders Gustavo Varela and Omar Pouso were among the five Uruguayans to pick up yellow cards in the final qualifying match against Argentina early this month, and those cards have added up to one-game bans.
A FIFA spokesman confirmed the suspensions last night, telling the Herald: "The FIFA disciplinary code is activated and in these cases the cards will carry over."
