Best place to watch a game in terms of view.Top be fair, their aren't many bad seats at the Dome, regardless of the level.

Feels so close, see the play well, and no dirty swirling breeze.

Done the drive over 30 times.I am thinking of driving over with two mates.
I am sure it will be very badly planned, but what are peoples experiences like driving over to Melbourne.
I am guessing it may cost a bit in petrol.
Q's- Do most hotels in Melbourne have parking for guests, can you easily buy tickets on the day for the game, and thirdly is it easy to get around, or would the car come in handy.
Cheers, SA.
Either you've got a seriously heavy foot, or you drive something that drinks petrol like a Hummer!Done the drive over 30 times.
About a tank and a half each way so 200 odd bucks of petroleum.

Melbourne-Adelaide is what? 650-700km (each way)?
I'd probably bank on about $130 in petrol for the highway, plus whatever driving you plan on doing around town during your stay. That's based on my own car, which is about middle of the range in terms of fuel consumption. It has a smallish 6-cylinder engine, so not as economical as a 4-pot nor as thirsty as a V8.
is there a dedicated "adelaide" zone at all??
