I can't stifle the sense of pride I feel when Hawthorn's bitches (5 wins out of the last 6) finally achieve something of their own.

Currently the Pies are sitting on an average of 1 flag every 27 years since 1958. (No doubt the Magpie trolls will want to include the flags from the 'pantaloon era' when there were 8 or so sides and nobody gave a shit, but these flags are close to irrelevant, hence Collingwood's inability to reproduce that era since).

If they go back to back, it'll be 1 flag every 18 years since 58, which is still under par given that there are only 16 other teams in the comp now.

Congratulations, Pies. You're just a couple of rungs below mediocre.
