Fair enough, different moral/ethical codeDisagree. They'd feel it less than a small company but you've no right to something which isn't yours.

Looting big business: Not really affecting the individual for mine. Loss of material goods is shared by thousands of owners who probably won't feel it.Interested in your justification?
Who are these wonderful people that replace all the stuff that's been looted?
wtfSo lets say we have a disaster and I go to my nearest Angus & Robertson bookstore and proceed to procure $30 worth of merchandise and in return leave my $30 gift voucher at the counter? It's their stated policy that I should in fact purchase $60 worth of goods but I think they've been a bit shifty in doing that. Can I leave the store with a clear concience if I don't loot the full $60?
Absolute scum, stealing from people is a dog act always.
However, from massive chains that rip you off, CLEAR them out.
Maybe thats how they roll in Balga or Cannington, but over here buddy we're a little less inclined to accept that kinda shit!Looting is only a problem if it turns violent. Otherwise its just like rubbish pick up day. If its on the street or the doors wide open, take what you want/need and rock on. Someone else besides you should pay for it after all the crap you are going through/have been through. Aslong as your not greedy its all good

suggest some of the mental heavyweights in here look up the definition of looting and take a reality check.
looting is stealing in a time of hardship, war or other disaster situation goods which would otherwise not belong to the looter.
reckon that's stealing, and to do it when other people are suffering is even worse.
these people are scum and deserve harsher treatment than general theft situations.
some of the clowns in here defending this or saying that it's not that bad, thanks for the insight into your personality and the lifestyle you live and were brought up in, your parents must be proud.
How can any ****head justify looting? If the item isn't yours, you don't take it. It doesn't matter if they can afford to lose it, or how insignificant it is. It isn't yours.
Don't try and bullshit me.
