What is with us when our players hit a good patch of form only to become injured? Welsh last year was hitting form, pulling Matthew Scarlett's pants down early in the game only to get injured, and now Licka kicks 4 goals in just over a half of footy and gets injured. Hopefully Licka comes back, we need him

Its mainly the supporters, but yeah Brad Scott is a serial whinger.

Unfortunately a small minority have spoiled it for the rest of their decent supporters, the Scotts are & always will be try hard w#nkers.

I always look on these threads on opposition boards as weak. Ie. Couldn't defend your contention so do it where people can't challenge it.

Not that it bothers me if the majority of people like the idea - just wouldn't have been my choice.

My suggestion would be to stop looking for a rule infringement for those that we know are just baiting/trolling.

It's the Essendon board - put up a 'POST AT OWN RISK' sign and then get rid of the morons (or which I am aware numerous exist) and allow the Tas like posters to continue on.

The majority of oppositions fans are quite good value, but it seems that every time there's an upcoming match against Essendon and North Melbourne in particular, you just cannot get rid of them. If the majority of them provided valid arguments and constructive opinions toward the game then I'd certainly welcome them to participate in our conversations. Yet, as it stands, we can't even have a knowledgeable discussion regarding the game on Sunday afternoon without the frequent intrusions of North fans baiting and utterly trolling us.

Put it this way, if they can outnumber us on our own board, you would hope for their sake these numbers would translate to actual attendances. Alas, not likely.

Yeah, I can see what jade_00 means. I'd hope this thread could actually be something other than people continually potting opposition supporters and teams, but I acknowledge that to an extent, it's probably wishful thinking. The thing is, this week is the first time I've felt we've needed a thread like this- I'm just really jack, like a lot of others, of the constant trolling this week.

We've held off and any other thread is fine for opposition supporters in my opinion. I encourage opposition supporters to bring in intelligent discussion; however, this is not always the case. This is just a single thread where we can discuss this and that without interjection. And I don't want to to become a pot shot thread since there is no right of reply.

Carlton, Collingwood, Hawthorn and Richmond won. Oh and Norf.

We lost. And the only other two sides I like (Geelong and Sydney) lost too.
