Exclusive sneak peek for Big Footy Hawthorn People of 2013 Membership Campaign.

We're all still hurting to varying degrees (my metaphorical dog is staying well away), but what better way to focus on next season than getting a sneak peek at our 2013 membership campaign?

More images, including Buddy, Cyril and Jordan Lewis are to follow.

Plus, if you're currently a P1 member, you also have the option to renew early to secure your P1 status and seat. Like last year, you'll have until October 31, but you can get the jump on the pack now.

The site is here.

And please note: the website is in phase one - so that's a real sneak peek - meaning membership packages won’t appear until early November. Phase One simple offers a renew function. You can, however, view 2013 pricing by logging into your MyHawks account and navigating through the options.

Bump.

It would be nice to think the club may give those of us who are Kennedy or Gold just a little bit longer than 31st October to renew. I like to pay in full and not by direct debit and given that we were there right up until the GF and had other costs during September, they may give a bit more time. :(

This is the exact reason I cannot re- join as a Kennedy Club member, not enough funds after our finals.
October 31 is too early for me, so I have to change memberships next year, which I'm not happy about.
I know there is direct debit which I've used so far, but I want to pay in full so it's paid for in 1 go so I don't have to worry about funds during the year.

Could not agree more!

Hi all,

The membership department have detailed some important FAQ's in this web article http://www.hawthornfc.com.au/tabid/4742/default.aspx?newsid=149046

If you have any questions regarding the P1 renewal period please post them and I'll endeavour to have them answered. We understand members have spent money on finals tickets this season, so we highly recommend the monthly payment method HawksDirect. Members can always utilise HawksDirect for a few months then pay in full if they choose.

Pretty sure that my Silver membership automatically renews each season (I use Hawksdirect) unless I opt out - well I don't remember renewing my membership recently.

I'm sure that renewing memberships is the last thing on peoples minds. Most of us have forked out $1000+ over four weeks during this final series

I'm waiting until the draw is released before deciding on how many donations I'll be making this time around. The lack of games up here in recent years and not being able to travel down to Melbourne has just about lost one member. My 9 year old has pretty much lost all interest in the Hawks so I don't see any point in throwing away 50 odd bucks for a few trinkets unless we get a game up here.

Is our 2013 membership slogan 'Always Hawthorn' again? Nothing wrong with it at all, I love it!

Hi
How do I get this membership ? do I have to wait till oct 31st to see if there are any open slots available ?

Hi Bindas12,

A waiting list exists for 2013 Priority One membership, which is currently closed. Should all applicants on the waiting list be successful and additional Priority One memberships become available, we will offer memberships to 2012 members.

If you would like to join the 2014 waiting list, please call the membership team on 13000 HAWKS (1300 042 957)

I find it funny that a day after a terrible GF loss, the club is only interested in collecting the hard earned from shattered members already....??? Maybe it just does not hurt and the $$$ is the only thing the club thinks about.

And what I was also very pissed off at, is as a silver member, we were shafftered and were only offered standing room at GF where all Sydney members were seated. Thats crap. I questioned the club about this and their expanations was, that Sydney offered all their standing room to the club to offer to our members. Oh good on you Sydney. Why the hell do we get punished for having the second largest membership base??

Anyways, Ill always be a member, but I feel that 2012 was our year and we f..ked it up and we wont see a GF appearance for years to come... Its frustrating!!!
