I don't get why they didn't just add it to his contract if they had the space or worse yet - tell him to piss off to the Gold Coast and take a compensation pick. It's still better than a 2nd round pick.
 
Yep. Wouldn't be whinging about Emma Quayle. She's one of very few quality footy journalists in this country.

Really hope this unifies the playing group and this becomes a watershed moment for our club in terms of player retention.

Also It's becoming more apparent to me that KT and his old man are both such Shit characters that simply removing their presence from our club is an enormous win in itself.Just Don't be shocked when Kurt starts shopping his multi million dollar book deal around at the end of his career.

Having denied him a trade Afl had to cover themselves in the event there is no penalty.

Grossly unfair to tippett if no penalty and delay compromised him getting to next club. Litigatiin for sure.

As it is afl left door open to deregister if that is finding.

not true ....tweet was trade under gentlemans agreement would not be accepted

If Sydney boosted offer deal could have gone thru .....if Adelaide was actually still holding talks

Well she obviously made the whole thing up then. :rolleyes: I think the last few days have shown that Emma Quayle clearly has more of an idea of what is going on with this story than the vast majority of people out there.

I'm certainly inclined to cut her more than a little slack that she doesn't already know what team $kurt will be playing at next year, especially since the AFL hasn't even declared if Tippett will be available to play for anyone in 2013.

There has not even been an afl finding. They are only examing our books because we invited them.

Sure we all speculate, but calling for resignations is absurd
 
Maybe Trigg is too much on the inside to be wasted? Lets hope this is handled fairly and not just politically. We will never know of course!

He has to be in complete denial about all of this or why wouldn't they go to the AFL much earlier in the trade week?

If this turns out to be a storm in a tea cup, he has to go for his complete incompetence over the past 7 days. If a fair deal count not be struck between the clubs involved, I wanted to send him to the PSD on principal as it would show we are standing our ground and not getting pushed over. Now, with leaving it too bloody long as he was either on holidays or we were playing some bloody game we still don't gain anything from the trade, we look like cheats and get totally hung out to dry by the AFL.

Either way, in the past 2 hours I have gone from not really caring if he stays or goes -to him going as he has ****ed up big time.

Seems he has a new joke though with his hash tag "tips".. #mytipisswimming #myTIPisitisnt
After his joke about waiting until he gets home to eat due to airport food being poor and lucky the flight isn't via Sydney.. :D
