So they had to make up some bullshit because they killed Lori prematurely

That sentence just looks totally wrong. I understand you're saying compared to the comics, but it's still not right to call Lori's death premature.

Quality episode. Looking forward to the mid season finale. It may even be promoted to first show watched Monday. I'm hoping Daryl kills Merle and Michonne gets Andrea, maybe bent over and pantless for more than a split second (now getting weird visions involving the sword). 2-Dog to take out the Gov in his quest to match the awesome of his predecessor.

As others have said, wtf was with the cabin scene. Just stupid.

.

He asked a question directly related to the comics I gave an answer, in direct relation to the comics Lori was killed off early just like Shane was killed off late and Daryl/Merle don't exist there's nothing wrong about it at all

It was a joke dude. He was saying it would have been better if Lori died in episode 1. :D

What silverscope said, except I didn't dislike Lori in episode 1:)

Lori was hotter as sara tancredi
This is correct.

Flicking through the channels and stumbled upon Prison Break. She was so fine then compared to TWD. Having a kid like Carl would take it's toll on you though.

Just heard that The Walking Dead is set for a spin-off series! Apparently Glenn has surviving family members that he meets up with after the mid-season break. He'll meet up with them, they hang for a bit and then leave to kick-start the new show.

I can't quite work out which one is Glenn in that pic. what gives? unless one of them is, you know, secretly Glenn, if you know what i mean.

They're Glenn's cousins as far as I can gather. Maybe his sisters? Because it's set in 'the South', win-cest would be a pretty common occurance. And of course with Maggie in the middle...

So the experiment at Woodbury to determine whether the walkers retain their memories after being zombified showed negative results right? Then what about in the first couple of episodes of season one, where Rick stays with the man and his son in Atlanta. Every night the mother, a walker, remembers where their house is and even attempts to open the door!! Surely that's memory retention of some sort.

Different types of memory are co-ordinated by different parts of the brain. That's why grandma can still knit like a maniac and who was prime minister when she was 8 years old, but can't remember that she's left the dinner on the stove half an hour ago.

Maybe involuntary muscle movement memories, procedural and instinctive behaviours are less affected than episodic and declarative memories? For more info on the role of instinctive memories, please watch George A Romero's 1978 "Dawn Of The Dead", and take in the explanations of why the zombies all instinctively gravitate back to the shopping mall.

How does Glenn not get a bad back carrying around those brass nuts of his? An interesting character moment for him.

I liked the Judith bit. Seriously, neither of Carl or Rick wants to be reminded about a dead friend, or worse, their dead mother/wife every moment of the day - it's a nice neutral name and the kid, like most kids, has reasonably positive memories about his teachers. Makes perfect sense. (and I work with two Judiths. You could do far worse ;))

So excited to see what will happen when the two brahs finally meet up again and whether they will stick to their current teams or form their own?

Also wouldn't be surprised if the show ends on a massive cliffhanger which will hurt as it is hard enough waiting a week to find out what happens let alone a year (or however long the break is).

My predictions on who won't make it.

Merle. Killed by Daryl.
One of Perkins/Old grey headed prisoner.

Michonne to have a reason for the bad ass face when they go rambo at Woodberry.

see you all tonight after i have witnessed the awesomeness

Should be a fantastic episode, if only mods could lock you from a single thread until after foxtel airs the episode :P

I have a feeling I know what is going to happen if i'm correct the ending is going to be fantastic, who am I kidding with this season even if i'm wrong the ending will be fantastic
