About Schmidt is the best movie I have only watched once.

I am led to believe that Titanic is the best movie I have never watched.

Need to watch that. Loved Twin Peaks (Series) and Blue Velvet.

Tried hard to follow Twin Peaks...until Wrapped In Plastic's father died his hair blonde. I stopped then

EDIT: 'Dyed'...although maybe his hair did die

It fell away halfway through Season 2 and the movie was disappointing. However, it needs to be credited for being one of the first TV series to have story lines and character progression that would continue from ep to ep vs. TV shows that would be resolved within one episode (murder mysteries, etc.)

No doubt Twin Peaks is not for everyone. As zany as they come.

if everything falls into place, there should be movie for all of us this year.... its a Work in Progress...

All those listed by Mr Speaker all worthy of DVD collection on a shelf after the Port DVD's.... ;)

Only just discovered young Saints forward Beau Maister is actually old Eagles battler Beau Wilkes .....
Played ferociously in the pre-season game at Alberton, I was really impressed.

My list is a little of MrSpeaker, a little of Macca19 and a little of PAFC04 but very difficult to narrow it down to just five.

One movie I really liked and I don't think has been mentioned is Moon.

Another one I like for those who like Wes Anderson's work is Moonrise Kingdom.

Like the Coen Bros work, my favourite probably being Fargo. Thanks to Powerade 08 for alerting me to the series based on the movie currently showing on SBS.

No love for Kill Bill - Vol 1? ......
Kill Bill - Vol 2 is the only Quentin Tarantino movie I haven't seen.

Loved moon, if you liked that you will like sunrise( no Kochie is not in it).

I would have to brake the best by category , evil dead 3 army of darkness s the greatest horror/comedy of all time.

Geez I can't believe that no-one (that I have seen anyway) has included:

The Human Centipede (II was pretty ordinary though)
Bad Boy Bubby
Pigs, Dogs and Mice
