I sat there on B&F night hearing 'New Tackling Coach', Bringing back 'Shinboner Spirit', a 'Never Beaten' attitude into this season - where is it??? What we have seen is not even close to SS, our tackling is not of a top 4-6 standard, even the boys still look like boys on the park, being pushed aside at ease.

As for being handbaggers, we're not there, yet. We have 32 quarters of H&A footy to show our supporters, the footy public and others teams that we are becoming a top 4-6 team and that we can win on any given day! But we put in efforts like Saturday night for the rest of the season, we deserve the criticism that comes our way!

I'm with you mate, completely agree...how the club spruiked our team and club for this season...it will be an interesting next 8 weeks...

Couldnt agree with this more, I too was that B&F night and the speech Brad gave along with the signings, it felt like he was saying we are going for broke next year, and to see performances like the ones we have seen against Brisbane, it seems the players wern't at the same function as we supporters + coaching staff were.

The team is not soft. There is marked increase in our tackling pressure when we are turned on. Our problem is swiching on. The remarkable thing is that on Saturday night, the guy I thought was pushed around most was Spud, by a young inexperienced guy. Spud is the last person I'd expect that to happen to!
