And I read 10 pages or so...then jumped another ten. Should have jumped straight to the end. :) Well done Rines.
I wait until the end for Tania... I mean rines to leave the courts and give us a wrap up.

Andruska's salary for the final year at ASADA..............$393000

Yep that's right folks. And she "can't recall anything"

Yet we have had long enough to generate 1000 pages of discussion twice while she carried on making over $1000 a day to forget everything. Just wow.

Playing Devil's Advocate, we still can't say with 100% faith that ASADA don't have conclusive evidence. I agree that I think their case is very flimsy, but we can't be safe until it's truely over.

Playing Devil's Advocate ... if ASADA proceeds with the SCNs, the first of our players should write a response in Microsoft Word of "I can't recall". It should then be cut and pasted as a reply for each of our other 33 players as well.

Why Pig Hibberd? Reckon I'd prefer Dave Myers sending in that picture of himself flipping the bird from last year, just for the laughs.

Though, "shut your clams campaigners" would be funny.

I included him originally simply because he was #1. But yeah, doesn't matter which player it is.

ASADA were looking into multiple clubs but stopped after AFL agreed to offer support if the scope was limited to JUST Essendon"
FACT: If ASADA is stupid enough to pursue the players, they will get destroyed either at the ADRVP or on appeal.

Is that true? I read some quotes on twitter during the day saying that they had been looking at several clubs, but not sure I've heard the bolded. Sensational if true.

Essendon chairman Paul Little has provided an update on proceedings from the Federal Court.

"As our members and supporters will understand, given this matter is still before the Federal Court there is limited information we are able to communicate about the specifics of the case."

"However, I will endeavour to provide as much information about the process as possible."

"The majority of the evidence has now been presented to the Court from all parties involved."

"The final witnesses will be called and cross examined tomorrow, and the closing submissions from The Club, James Hird and ASADA will also take place on the final day of the hearing."

"We are doing everything we can to ensure the court proceeding is not becoming a distraction to our players and they can concentrate on our fight to play finals this season"

"It is important to remember that this case raises serious issues about the legality of the AFL/ASADA joint investigation and represents an important step towards bringing these matters to a close for our players and their families."

"I will be able to provide our members and supporters with a further update tomorrow after the final day of the hearing."

Maybe our lawyers have figured that, after Aurora Amnesia's performance, we don't need too many more witnesses.
Middleton was pretty keen for it to 'wrap up' tomorrow. Need to allow the full afternoon for closing submissions. So there is probably only times for one more witness.

I still think Clothier would be an interesting witness.

So basically the AFL said - 'We need to show we're serious about this. Let's make an example of one of the big clubs that can probably withstand this sort of pressure, and not be crippled by it. And we need to make sure they haven't won a premiership recently or are a chance to do so this year so that we don't have a Melbourne Storm scenario."

Pretty much spot on imo. Which other club could have survived this which hasn't won a flag in recent times?

I still think we should call R Ings to the stand.. the man is a ferrett.. but he has done a full 180 since Feb last year.. and is clearly not impressed with what is coming out.

Might put 'I don't recall' in her box.. tell us again the name of that previous joint investigation???
