Andreuska made Ings relevant when she said ASADA had previously conducted joint investigations. Prior to Andreuska Ings was the only previous ASADA CEO and he strongly refutes her claims that he ever authorised a joint investigation.

ASADA target testing at the request of the AFL is hardly a joint investigation - Nothing like Essendon's case.

That's breakfast for Robbo, something is definitely smelly about his sickness.
After being questioned for an intense 5 or so hours, it isn't surprising she looked so deflated.
Ever since last Friday when the the documents were released from both ASADA and EFC, it seems as if journos are taking extreme caution and are treading carefully. Nobody wants to come out and call out the AFL.
We can't be surprised. The AFL will pull media accreditation of anyone who criticises it too harshly.
The last 2 days have confirmed the huge lies AD and GM have spewed out through this investigation. Yet nobody is critical of them in the media.
Robbo sick and unable to work at one of the most critical junctures of this whole saga, something smells. And the stench is coming from AFL HQ.
Apparently the two in the box tomorrow are Burgess and one of the ASADA investigators.
...along with breaking Federal law...this is it surely (2 years ). Does anyone know if any of the mentioned by efcboy are vulnerable to this penalty as it stands???The media are a joke saying Hird has taken no responsibility. Despite not being proven of any wrong doing he's copped a 12 month suspension, had his reputation severely tarnished, had his family abused, privacy invaded yet he has not for one second given up on EFC and the players. He took the 12 months suspension as he was told it would end it with no penalties possible for players.
If anything Hird has defended EFC more than anyone. He has been completely honest throughout and stuck to his original stance all the way through. There is no evidence supporting he has lied yet there is evidence left, right and centre that all of David Evans, Andrew Demetriou, Mike Fitzpatrick, Gill McLachlan, Aurora Andreuska, Brett Clothier etc have along with breaking federal laws
If we prove either of those points, or both, then it is case of relief:
- Can the Judge order the SCN's invalid?
- Can ASADA simply re-issue the SCN's?
- What evidence could be deemed inadmissable by injunction?
- Can the Judge place restrictions of further investigation on a statutory body?
- Were the nature of the breaches (unlawful/improper acts) enough to warrant such action?
- What consequences has the unlawful/improper conduct got?
- What consequences for EFC/Hird and Players?
- What consequences for ASADA if finding made against them?
No - she said they had been providing the AFL information similar to the EFC case for years setting a precedent...
I hope the truth comes out there too. If shackles have been applied we need to know. Someone needs to be brave.
I didn't. Not one bit. I could almost see her muttering "I don't recall" under her breath over and over with that glazed look on her face.
He would never allow something as silly as team supported to affect his professionalism which is second to none. Maybe I was just expecting a bit too much. They really didn't seem to want to dwell on it too much at all. They did have things like Chris Judd going on for another season to bat off about I suppose.
