Really don't understand how we managed to get given a C+ mark for our recruiting during the off season. Lowest mark alongside Richmond. We recruited to our needs, concentrated our age bracket, and picked up a couple of gems in the draft.

Freo does nothing in the trade period, takes 4 in the draft and get a B- lol.

Took the words right outta my mouth. with the picks we had, I thought we addresed our needs quite well. Not like everyone could afford to recruit (and give up plenty in the process) a Dayne Beams. Brisbane don't deserve the A- they got :/

Yeah, they don't mention what Brisbane gave up to get Beams. Picks 5 and 25 and Jack Crisp.

The real winners were Collingwood, the pr!cks, if you assume they were going to lose Beams regardless. They did pretty well out it.

Agree 100%. Unlike the rest of SEN's stable of rotating sports journos, Denham appears unable to form rational arguments or debate opposing views. Pretty basic journalistic skills, I would've thought...
