ASADA have to (should) provide all reverent evidence to the players lawyers..
Their statement of grounds can be set up as they see fit, but they should hand over all relivent evidence they have to do with the investigation, whether it supports their case or not. Because essentially ASADA have more power (well, most govt departments) to gain evidence than a private citizen
