In regards to the HTB

The breaches include trafficking, attempting to traffick and complicity in matters related to a range of prohibited substances.

The prohibited substances are:
- Hexarelin

- Humanofort - namely Insulin Growth Factor 1 (IGF-1), Insulin Growth Factor 2 (IGF – 2), Mechano Growth Factor (MGF), Fibroblast Growth Factor (FGF), Follistatin and Thymosin Beta 4

- CJC-1295· GHRP6

- SARMS

Is this related to ASADA covered sporting codes, or is this related to his side business where such substances may be provided to non-tested people?

DECISION OF THE AFL ANTI-DOPING TRIBUNAL - STEPHEN DANK

17 April 2015

At 3.30 pm today the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority (ASADA) received the AFL Anti-Doping Tribunal’s decision in relation to former Essendon support person, Stephen Dank.

ASADA is disappointed in the tribunal’s decision to clear Mr Dank of a number of serious alleged violations.

ASADA notes that all 35 matters were heard concurrently by the tribunal. We also note the tribunal stated its preference was to release their decisions on all 35 matters at the same time. The reality however is that we have only just received the findings on Mr Dank. ASADA is disappointed that this comes as the window of appeal on the first 34 matters rapidly closes.

ASADA will now consider both decisions in their totality

Too bad so sad.

So ASADA proved 10 out of 34 charges against Dank with Dank not spending one red cent defending himself at the Tribunal....& ASADA claim they are 'disapointed' :drunk: - fmd, they should be doing cartwheels

There is something horrible going on with our fixture. First week we played a team with an unfair COLA advantage, Last week we played the injection specialists, this week we play a team of convicted cheats and the following three weeks teams that have players that have taken PEDs. Why can't we be on an even playing field?

A ridiculously quick scan of the summary has it all to do with administering or attempting to administer to support staff, and trafficing of banned substances, presumably to administer to support staff

I didn't think the WADA code at the time prohibited support staff from receiving banned substances. Given Dank also has a business that supplies these substances I'd think his appeal chances are strong. If no player was administered a banned substance then I don't know how they've concocted this against him. Will need to see the report in full. The best argument was that he administered unknown substances which may be a breach? It's not making a lot of sense to me.

I hear McDevitt is opening for Dave Hughes on the weekend too. Jokes include the following:

"We are disappointed to only just now receive the findings on Dank - no one should be kept waiting for weeks"

"We need the findings on Dank to determine whether we appeal the seperate charges on the players"

This needs to be on the main board - gold!

He was also found guilty of a charge relating to an official at the Carlton Football Club and involving Australian baseball.
In terms of human growth hormone, SARM, mechano growth factor and CJC-1295 trafficking violations, it was found, to comfortable satisfaction, that he trafficked the drug between March 2012 and October 2012 to a Carlton Football Club official.
