We actually use it to train students because they have to learn what can happen. If they can't handle watching it, then they're not right for the job. It sucks, but accidents happen & you can't have anyone panic

I still think the biggest mistake has already been made by building it too small (or at least by designing it in such a way that expansion would be pretty costly).

Gee Whiz, serious shit happening at TLC tonight, a few hours ago, a certain infamous poster there reported a total stranger on twitter as a troll to her local fed uni, and that uni.said they'd look into it, and anyhow now Interpol (I kid you not) have been called in, as that stranger who was accused of being a troll lives in Norway, and this is looking like a serious international incident.

It seems like a result of mistaken identity could result in that TLC member being kicked out of UNI or facing international police charges from Interpol.

We were flying back to Perth after a swing when all of a sudden the whole plane went quiet.

No noise. No engine hum, no vibration, nothing. It was like being in a glider. I was quietly shitting myself when some wag called out " Shit, we've run out of petrol ".

Everyone laughed and then it felt like the plane started up again. It was bloody weird.
