It has been responded to numerous times.

Posters who have been around for a while are a bit tired of this lazy suggestion.

See my response above about why it is not a good idea.

And if you took my quip personally, I suggest you get a tad of perspective.

It isn't our fault you are not up to speed on this thread.

Unfortunately for you, there is a bit of history regarding Hickey, some guys are dead set against trading him, and some would if it suited the club.

Having said that, I agree that responses should be civil, and lets face it I think we all want the same thing.

I stand by exactly what i posted.

If what stav said is true it would be Hickey looking to move not us just trading him like you wanted.


I am still against trading Hickey.

FFor a start he is a better ruckman than Longer. Also what happens when if Longer goes down with a long term injury?


We have Pierce and Holmes as backup, both whom are greener than a mid june front lawn.

It significantly weakens our list and puts the team at risk. Personally if we HAD to trade a ruckman I would trade Longer,,not sold on him at all.

As for you making this personal. This is not Saintsational, keep it civil or you will get carded.

My comment was in regard to your desire to not have Hickey mentioned, nothing to do with you personally.

I wasn't trying to take the thread 'OT', I was just posing a trade I thought was reasonable and you jumped on to criticise me because I didn't bother reading the previous 1000+ pages.

I haven't seen you suggest a ban for anyone else since the Hickey theme has taken off again.

It's a public forum mate, so I'm sorry if I haven't racked up thousands of posts, but I don't see why my comments should be any less relevant than yours, each to their own I guess.

I'm happy to leave it at that but I might suggest maybe take some of your own advice and find some perspective.

Well maybe you should have read some of the thread.

As for my post about bans, you if took that seriously you really dont understand how this forum works.

Most posters who have been around more than five minutes have seen probably hundreds of posts about trading Hickey.

It has been going on for months.

As for my "head exploding" if Hickey is traded, that is directly taking the thread OT and attemptng to start a flame war.

That might play at Saintsational or where ever the hell you came from but it wont here.

And you dont have to aplogise to me about not racking up post, just dont come on to a thread with ignorance being your only asset.

As for your comments being any less relevant than mine, who said they weren't? I find them worthless and ignorant but you can post what you want even if it is laughable. It is your right to embarrass yourself if you wish.

So there you have it. You can post any ignorant crap you like. You might think your posts are nott irrelevant, however your presence here certtainly is to me. Off you go and dont bother replying.

Sinclair and Lonie showed more ticker in 2 qtrs of AFL football than Templeton has shown in 2 years.

I hope he proves us wrong but it's looks like a premature handout of poor Andrew Thompsons no.4 to me
