He was talked about a fair bit in the trade thread... I was all for taking him as a small forward/mid in the PSD. He's 25 so he would be right at the top end of the age group we would want.

I still wouldnt be too adverse to taking him in the PSD. Or if we only wanted him on a 12 month contract, I would take him in the rookie draft on Friday.

Between the trading, free agency and recruiting - im very positive about things i must say

1 x potential All Australian elite defender.. one we probably havent had since SOS retired.
2 x young raw forwards who are both bottom age in Silvagni and Mckay, both unlikely to play for a few years but are key piece in our next flag
1 x versatile fwd/mid with raw talent and plenty of upside..
1x lightning goal kicking midfielder with good disposal both sides of the body

He chose Sydney a few days before the draft, either the Swans didn't rate him or they couldn't afford the points.
