New Sydney recruit Tyrone Leonardis has become the 2015 national draft’s Blaine Boekhorst after liking Facebook groups critical of Swans legend Adam Goodes.



The Northern Knights player was taken at pick 51 in the national draft, with the Swans immediately notified about his social media clanger.

He “liked” pages that included “Adam Goodes for Flog of the Year” and “Adam Goodes for W***er of the Year”.

and they nicked it straight off the Swans board as well as it was a Swans fan who made the screenshot that everyone is using. The media only discovered it because Swans fans went digging.

I doubt Sydney could care less to be honest, the only unfortunate part is now we're going to have to hear the contrived PR bullshit. They'll see it as he's a kid who doesn't know better, they'll back him in in-front of the media..Leonardis will say how embarrassed he feels. He'll eventually meet Goodes and there will be some 'feel-good' article about how he reckons he's a great bloke, blah, blah.
Speculative kid drafted at pick 51 gets dragged through the mud a bit, and probably has to have a few awkward conversations at his new club because some ******** at the sun wanted a few clicks instead of just leaving it alone.
