The B&F proves nothing. You do realize that the people who voted on the clubs B&F are the exact same people that selected him to play in 18 of 22 games (plus 2 finals).

Really are the worse supporters .....players that have represented this great club & even captained the club are treated on this forum with zero respect

All players have a finite career ......have swings in form ....or the game changes & makes some players obsolete

But none of these "so called" supporters have done anything in sport .....that i guarantee, because they wouldn't heap the shit on players, the way they do ....... because if they had done anything of any note, they would have walked the mile in a players shoes & would have empathy.

Van Berlo had a horrible archilles .....takes more than a year .....but as a former club captain, his treatment is nothing short of disgraceful ......same with Doughty

The criticism is of their selection when out of form. What the mods should crack down on is high headed nobs who think just because they support every selection decision the club makes means they are a superior supporter to those who have their own opinions and are prepared to express them. FFS ......can you not continue to change what people post to your own TWISTED interpretation .......no where have i questioned Bickley's football IQ ......nowhere!

If you interpreted my criticism of his chemistry with Rowe on a radio program in any other context ......then i feel very sorry for your ability to read and interpret what you've read accurately ......i could expand on the physcological implications of that .......but i'll leave it there

I can't be assed bolding on an iPad. I don't think Bicks is the best footy judge. Otherwise would have been snapped up. Does your deep understanding of psychological issues allow you to see your own.

Oh i think Bicks isn't the best footy judge ....otherwise he would have been snapped up as a senior coach .....competent, yes .....but like so many footy judges every year, they are invariably wrong

Bicks really doesn't know much about Pyke, the gameplan, and new and developing players ....you can lose touch with a club very quickly once you're out of it

Tell me, if I think Dmac was out of form for most of last year and disagree with his selection, how would I pose that view whilst maintaining adequate respect in your eyes. If David Mackay asked me that question then yeh, that would be my response. Would I invade his privacy and let him know my view as I walked past him in the street, obviously not. VB and Mookay are both average footballers but cracking blokes. I know this because I watch football with my eyes. I also had them over for dinner for a face to face convo not long ago and we all had a good laugh about it. We talked about how much footy forums mean to them and how much the ramblings of anonymous posters plays on their minds from day to day. We finished the dinner off by respecting each other......all........night.........long!
