I just thought you were getting a bit pedantic. Sorry if you thought that or the Dilbert thing was a personal attack, it was being a bit lighthearted.

Nothing personal as I said.

I am sure if we recruited Martin and he started winning games for us, many opinions would change.

It is just opinions, nothing to get heated about.

Not offended at all. I have just decided a new tactic when I think people are having a go at me. TBH nothing offends me. Even with that photo I told the mods to not suspend BS. Like my ex wife they took no notice of me.

I don't know 99% of footballers but when I know someone who may have knowledge of the topic I mention them. If I don't then I would say its a guess. Is it better for me to say I think you are wrong and say why I think or just tell them you are wrong? I would think its better to say why and how you may be wrong And I'm involved in a local amateur club where Dimma's son plays. Big deal. Every single person at Ormond knows him and his dad. I hardly know a single Saints player. I don't know the coach. I do know 2 WCE players and I do know Oatsey.

I don't know Bruce Francis. Who is he? I do know John Francis though

If "talking on topic" includes making up ridiculous positions against prominent posters, just to be contrary, in order to have everyone focus their attention on you, then throw in the odd celebrity you know, further focussing attention on you, to the point where the whole thread becomes about you, to the detriment of actually talking about what the thread is really about... then yeah, that's "talking on topic". You are the master of this stuff.

Heck, part of me doesn't want to post this, because all it's doing is adding yet another post about YOU on this thread that's actually meant to be about trade targets.

Ridiculous in your opinion and that's coming from someone who last week carried on like a 5 year old because you didn't like the selections which were shown to be right. The positions are far from ridiculous and had some sort of fact as well as opinion. As for prominent posters well I don't even understand that. Is there an order and rules on how you speak to prominent posters? Is it different to unprominent posters? And the thread isn't about me but last week was about you. Its easily fixed from what I understand. There is a very good ignore button but as we saw last week you would rather complain. And you got it off topic. I'm just replying.

Now stop getting off topic and put me on ignore and the problem is solved. I'm not going to put you on ignore because I want to see what you say next Thursday.

Do you think we should chase martin at the end of next season?

I reckon that might have been the issue. He was hanging around a couple of our boys including the one you are alluding to. I think we probably made a call on the potential to make the place a very dysfunctional environment.

I'm by no means a saintational poster or looker but do not understand the bagging of this site on big footy. As saints fans there is not a lot of us and think we should stick together a bit more, instead of bagging a passionate fan base.
 
I'd like to see us recruit some sound foot kills into the backline . Disposal from there is hurting . We will get good miss in the draft and out forward line will be amazing .
