Geelong and Hawthorn record monumentally embarrassing 800 page shitfight thread.

3 recent flags but the Cats are nearly as broke as Brisbane. Why?

Yet the stats indicate 3 flags apiece with Geelong out in front in the key indicators... A simply superior side. :D

I got one for ya Nakia - since you are a "facts" man

AFL / VFL PREMIERSHIP FREQUENCY
HAWTHORN - 7.00 years per premiership cup
HANDBAGGERS - 12.89 years per premiership cup

... Not even in the same ball park ... Not even close ... sad excuse for a footy club you are!! :tonguewink::tonguewink::tonguewink:

I agree with you KP *shiver runs up my spine* but would like to point out that popular music is at an all-time low these days.

When I was growing up... (get off my lawn you damn kids!) we had Michael Jackson, Prince, U2, George Michael, Billy Joel, Lionel Richie, David Bowie, Phil Collins and acts like that dominating the charts. Now we have Rhianna, Justin Beiber & Nicki Minaj. That's a pretty enormous drop in talent right there.

Sure there's still great music being made but you really have to go out of your way to find it these days with popular culture being as putrescent as it is.

Someone post some photos of Nicki Minaj. I'd 2014 GF her.

Post photos of players to play in 4 premierships for one club since a whole heap of Hawthorn players did it between 78 - 91.

Why are there so many Hawk supporters that have nothing better to do than crunch random selective statistics.

So we can reel in you Handbagger Minnows.

We sometimes reel in undersized minnow tiddlies like you, but we are a compassionate lot.

We catch and release. :)

You forgot one.

So utterly cringeworthy that the only GF win over us the Handbaggers have to hang their hat on is one almost all of 'em weren't alive to see.

But umm.... how 'bout all those VFA flags hey guys? :drunk:

You should be doing more constructive things in life like -

Going to the airport and noting down the type of planes that land.
Go to the train station and note down the trains.
Go to the bus stop and write down the bus numbers.
Go to the gardens and spot the types of birds.
Go to the pier and spot the boats.

There's lots more constructive things than just working out selective Hawk footy stats.

Actually now that I thinking about it, I might go outside to bump up the scores on my Fitbit.

I ran into Steve Harris in Little Collins St on the day of the show. Had to ask for a photo - felt a bit silly but in light of 28 years of listening to his band, probably 40 albums (I buy different pressings, have the first ten year eps etc) and a week's worth of shirts, thought it warranted a request. 'Alright mate'.

Heard Janick was at the Cherry post show. Hope he was dancing.

I was at the Cherry after the concert for a few hours, didn't see him but it was packed and wouldn't be surprised if he was. There was certainly plenty of throwbacks who looked like they stepped straight out of 1983.:p

Possibly,

But Rhyme is definitely better than Alexander the Great.

No way. The solos in ATG are great and that gives it the edge. For those who don't know - go to the 5.50 mark and take it from there.

That's Smith until 6.32 when Murray starts - I prefer Murray's solo, though Smith's is also very decent.

I don't think they have ever played it live.

Count yourself VERY lucky Wiggo :D ... If Dunstall played that day, we'd already be Fourthorn!

Yep - and if Derm wasn't injured plus if it wasn't too hot for Tucky it would have been a 70pt flogging.

sore anoos inducing

I was at that game, and remember walking away quite pleased with the result, even taking into account not being too fond of Caaarrrrrrlton.

Couldn't agree more.

This wasn't bad either

You weren't the smelly loser right near me were you?

Alexander the Great > Rhyme of the Ancient Mariner.

I remember the day I got Live after Death on cassette for a birthday present by this gorgeous metal chick on the school bus. I was in Year 7 and had to ride a 50 min bus trip to Assumption College everyday. I had no friends and she came and sat next to me one day and looked after me from then on. When I unwrapped it I didn't have any idea the impact that album would have on me.

Just unbelievable music.
Rhyme of the Ancient Mariner is possibly the greatest epic song of all time. (I saw Maiden live 2 weeks ago, still amazing)

You guys are alright :thumbsu:

Do we have to do this again ? hawks are just trying to show some essence of masculinity when truth be told they are more like Duran Duran - Boy George and the Culture club....im sure there are many more but you get the gist.

You not so much
