10 + Lyons would surely satisfy GC for losing O'Meara. While 10 + Witts probably would be unders, but Pies or Hawks could supply steak knives.

They traded their 2016 first round pick to Tom Mitchell. That was their choice. If they still had that pick plus pick 10, this deal would be done. They can't cry that they are offering all they have when they placed another player higher than JOM.

Also Melbourne had to wait for the Hawks to let Lewis go after that was flagged before the trade period then f'd up.
