Not sure if it has been mentioned yet but why is the Cats/ Dockers game not starting until 7.40pm Syd/ Melb time?? Spewing I won't get to see it.

AFL have scheduled Sunday twilight games this season, it'll be a twilight game there.

Yeah I get that but twilight is normally Sydney/ Melbourne time. Last year twilight games in Perth were starting at 2.40pm Perth time. I'm wondering if it's got something to do with the fact that it is normally still pretty warm in Perth at this time of the year and they don't want to play the game in the middle of the day?

Dunno then, AFL know best, don't question them.
Took last year off. Rejoining the SC action with my usual antics of tegistering 3-4 teams and seeing which line up improves during the season.

I took Jones in preference to Marchbank ......Jones is in what?, his 3rd or 4th season, and getting better ....he was injured a bit last year & played as a lock-down defender

surely Weitering plays forward or why waste the time in practice games...its not like he's an experienced pro defender who knows the game inside out.
it will be hilarious if he goes back though considering that Marchbank is supposedly playing the Weitering role
