He's like our 6th or 7th forward and probably wouldn't even be playing if we were 100% healthy.

We have a million other things to focus on ahead of Green's spot in the current team.

i think Langford would be the natural option.
HF/Mid capability. Good kick for goal.
Can mark (handy cos we like to kick to forwards, regardless of size).

Langford is a bit taller at 190cm~, but he's pretty agile.

Talking about Laverde replacing either Green or Stanton when he's fit is one thing, discussing Green and Stanton and whether Mutch or Langford should have played is quite another, especially when Mutch or Langford couldn't have replaced Kelly down back anyway, and therefore the conversation is really about Parish being replaced by Howlett! That's a lot of players that aren't Laverde being discussed in the Laverde thread...
