Don't like Gibbs, Murphy crap leader, Cripps dud, doc needs to go back to the twos, simmo retire, all according to my ess supporting brother inlaw, when should I belt him?

You haven't already ;)
Just remind him of his Clubs love of needles

Ha. Just realised I'm having my 30th on the night of an Essendon game, and my bestie is also a Bomber.
One of my fave stories is how I planned my own 21st only to have us finish 5th and essendon finish 8th and I put everyone on notice saying I would miss my own party or cancel it if the final was announced for the Saturday night (which was the actual date of my birthday)

The footy gods smiled on me and let us belt them on the Sunday after.

Best hangover cure is to watch us end their season.

The write-ups said 3 years left.
After this year, Gibbs has 2 years to go.
If Gibbs wants to try for Adelaide again, SOS has a bit of room to do a deal in our favour that can be used as leverage in other deals. I suggest Adelaide's 2017 first and 2018 2nd. Perhaps a swap of 2018 second round picks.

What? We have been bent over before but that's just crazy - we have leverage and a top 10 pick plus future 1st or quality young mid is required

Well done Bluebaggers - great team effort (3 quarters is much better than just 1 quarter efforts)
Bolton out coached Eade and the Suns board would be kicking themselves

Really like Docherty in the guts and then falling behind the ball- great use of a future AA
Loved the pressure applied thru the middle and I am sure March, Jones, Weits and Plowman appreciate the ball coming without purpose creating 50:50s

Pulling my hair out with some easy set shot misses and dribblers but the forward line appears to have more purpose - Casboult was dangerous just didn't finish, Charlie is growing into the role, JSOS is smart and Lamb/Fisher are providing excellent pressure and at some stage they will rove a few more (first grab) and hit the scoreboard

Gibbs and Murph are playing a great first receiver role, whereas Cripps, Ed and Kreuzer are doing the hard work - the combination looks good

SPS did some nice things - we just need to get it in his hands more - don't want to be overly critical of Gibbs' game but maybe if SPS or Boekhurst could get around more as 2nd or 3rd receiver we could get more complete possessions rather than bombs forward

How that man doesn't look absolutely knackered is beyond me. Must have some sort of tank these days, does Bryce.

He was interviewed on the ground just after the siren by Brad Sewell and he said he was spent.
Gave it his all.

Well done Bryce!

I know that some people are defending Casboult, but he was so frustrating to watch last night. It's such a shame that he reverted back to his old ways. :( I really hope that he steps it up next week! He seems dedicated and deserves to do well.
You rang?

Leave the Big Bolt alone or that Venom Jabba73 bloke will be after ya...
Fair criticism is fair and his kicking for goal was atrocious last night.

Don't understand throwing the baby out with the bathwater on the back of one bad kicking effort. Some of the criticism and calls to never play him again were OTT. You will not get that attack on the ball and opposition from any other player on the list. We will have to live with his limitations until we find someone better.

8 seasons of unsuccessful attempts suggest he might be an important player for the club that is hard to replace, despite his limitations.
