If they're talking about someone with the initials CJ they'd be correct!

FWIW a poster on the Giants board is saying that Kelly has made his decision and has told the Giants he will be requesting a trade at the end of the year. Says he is so sure of his info that he won't post again if he is wrong.
Juddy must have made a BIG impression on Josh?

Life, and football supporting life, is full of deluded people and fantasists. Let's wait and see what happens at the end of the season. Better that way!FWIW a poster on the Giants board is saying that Kelly has made his decision and has told the Giants he will be requesting a trade at the end of the year. Says he is so sure of his info that he won't post again if he is wrong.
Judd is a no bullshit type of man. Had a quick chat to him 5 years ago at LA airport when they were done training in Arizona. Came across as really honest. No doubt Kelly would've appreciated that.
Intelligent and a bit left of field.
In the 'Record' a few years ago, Judd answered the questions of a player profile, with the usual questions such as "What's your favourite brand of sunglasses" etc.
One of the questions was "Who would you most like to spend an hour with from history?", and his answer was Albert Camus, a twentieth century existential writer and philosopher. Down the track I met Judd and asked if it was a genuine answer, and he said it was, and that his favourite book by the author is 'The Outsider'.
Great book, and gives a small insight into the thinking by the man.
Underrated philosopher. Managed to talk about Absurdism but didn't fall prey to the ideological lures of Marxist horseshit that usually accompanies it.Intelligent and a bit left of field.

Had dinner with my mate last night, a few tidbits for you:
- Gibbs is more than likely staying. Looking for another property to buy in Carlton and live. It would take a huge turn of events for that to change.
- Kelly is either playing for Carlton or GWS next year.
4 Melbourne clubs interested in him and who he has spoken to. Carlton, North, Essendon and Hawks.
North have offered $400K more per year than us, Essendon 200K less per year (of course that can be adjusted).
Hawks same as us but he would prefer to come to our club.
Saints are yet to speak to him, but GWS are hoping for obvious reasons they enter the market and convince him that they are a destination club also.
We are seen to him as the club with the highest ceiling and who are able to compensate GWS most.
- At this stage Hopper is leaving GWS to which Victoria club is unknown.

Any news on Cuningham's contract? Seems strange that he is yet to re-sign.
Just watch our membership grow next year if we attain a few top calibre players in this trade period and draft?
Get around it.If they're talking about someone with the initials CJ they'd be correct!
Hope not!Straight swap for Kelly......
With respect, former players such as these are generally the worst sources for 'rumours'.87' premiership reunion lunch tomorrow, ill be sure to find out some info.
Not sure Adelaide need him that badly now with the development of the Crouch brothers.
Interesting stuff.
I feel based off this, the best case scenario for us is:
-Kelly arrives
-Gibbs stays
-Balic for a 3rd round pick
-2 DFA's or state league players who are mature, depth midfielders (which Trigg alluded to)
-Casboult compensation pick to the draft and take another midfielder
Wouldn't be too disappointed with this overall and i think we'd be much more competitive. With our naturally improving youngsters, I'd put us at 10-12 wins for next season.
I appreciate that.
Just wonder on what grounds someone can announce a trade as a done deal?
How's our done deal with Hawthorn going this year?
I'm just guessing here as what we hear and what the truth may be, could be poles apart.
Juddy is the gift that keeps on giving.
Nah mate, our supporters expect top 4 before they'll jump on board...personal thought, I think we have the largest bandwagon support in the comp. completely self entitled.l and stuck in the 80's
I know some people won't like that, but truth hurts
