Dimma was never considered to be overbearing by the players they have always loved him. He was trying to do too much and have a perfect game plan.

I see that pin head Twomey on AFL.com.au has dropped Balta right out of his latest top 30. What ? Didn't he have him around 20 previously ?

Either he's made a mistake or he's got wind that there's huge slows now on Balta for some reason.

I think we need to get at least one of brander, balta, Taylor to develop under Rance and Astbury. Think preferred scenario given Naish will most likely be top 25 would be Allen, balta/Collins and naish. Even better if naish slipped out of the 25 and we nabbed balta and Collins. Could see balta developing into a Stef Martin Alex Rance hybrid. Really like Collins as well. Would feel much easier knowing we have him on the list developing

Oscar Allen reminds me of Jack Gunston, runs all day and takes plenty of marks. Still hold out a bit of hope he gets through. Balta is my number 1 guy, but Allen a close 2nd. Allen at 17, Balta at 20, Constable 25. That'd be happy days

Doesn't fill a need, but I'd be happy with O'Brien at 25. He's silky as on that left foot. Reminds me so much of Zach Merrett and he's a gun

Sounds like a very good one on one backman, maybe lacking a bit of attacking flair, but an eventual replacement for Asbury

I wouldn't be surprised if we don't draft any talls. We have always gone with the best available mantra.

But with Elton & Maric coming off the list does List Management Theory dictate that we take a ruck & a KPF?

Nearly 8 minutes to run 2km is very slow for Raynor and Constable, even coming off injuries.

Using all 3 of our top 25 picks on tall like players is over the top unless we feel Balta can become a mid. We need a balanced draft.
