SEN overdue for a clean out. Pleased to see the end of Leach, Schwarz and Allen. Fine should be moved back to producer and most of his guests should never be let back on radio. KB will keep on keeping on - gun master troll. Very funny man. Lyon and Watson need a decent front guy. Huddo for mine.

Sadly Hutchy's modus operandi is cheap talent, so don't expect much improvement. Already displayed with cheap as chips Andy Maher replacing Leach. One mistake SEN has made is not getting the cricket and EPL. Another is not utisiling enough female talent. Hope Hutchy changes this.

The positive of Maher being on 12-3 is I know exactly when not to listen, rather than the current situation where Andy randomly pops up out of the SEN bushes to assault your ear drums.

I disagree with getting rid of Finey. It's casual listening, and that's what his show is mostly. Hopefully now with Hutchy, the station doesn't feel the need to owe airtime to Peaky.

Is it confirmed that Maher definitely will be on 12-3 next year? That's pretty ordinary. Delist, then recruit through the rookie draft.

Like with Ox. Watson's been on long enough without being good enough. Hopefully there'll be a trade for draft picks there. I didn't mind Garry mostly.

Idk what the relationship is with Hutchy, but hopefully that's the end of Schibeci.

Regardless of my thoughts on either of them, that's a really, really shitty way to be sacked. I've been through a similar thing before in the past, and in some ways I still don't think I'm over it.

I wish people wouldn't speculate on people's futures, or outright advocate for people losing their jobs. They're still people, and it's still a really shitty thing to happen to anyone.

I have been critical of both Ox and Marco at times and rarely listen to TRH these days but I think that sacking them like that is pretty bad. Although not really my cup of tea I agree with pepsi that they worked well together and I would have thought they had plenty of fans in the general SEN audience. I've said it before but Marco is great when talking golf and should have been used only for that but if he has been sacked completely then they have thrown out the baby with the bathwater IMO. Ox always seems like a genuinely nice bloke to me and is nowhere near as dumb as some people reckon so feel bad for him.

Re Kosi and Cooney, not a fan of Kosi really and Cooney is good some days and rubbish the others. Of the newcomers, Chuck Berry and Nicky Dal are the standouts for me.

My understanding is that he has left of his own accord. I expect to see him back with his ABC comrades in due course but nothing has been said about what he is doing next professionally. All he said on Thursday when he finished was that he was going to go back to WA and will catch a few waves. Disliked his holier than thou attitudes but found him a professional presenter so a loss for SEN in my book. (Certainly is it's a choice in the afternoon between Leach and Maher I'd take Leach any day).

I believe Francis was out of contract, so SEN may have decided not to renew or Francis may have decided to move on. Francis said that he will still be contributing on SEN (soccer) so it doesn’t seem it was a messy breakup at leasr.
