Surely once you got to heaven you would just be like **** this party on Wayne and go bunta. What are they gonna do kick you out once you’re already in? Ild tear that place up.

Christians claim there’s no dogs in heaven. I don’t want to go to a place where I can’t be reunited with all my dogs of past and live happily ever after together. **** such a place.

Painting floral designs on Teracotta pots.

Sitting around making flower bouquets listing to Joni Mitchell.

It's an awful place.

Washington DC: Makenzie Hymes was so heartbroken by the latest shooting at a US school she decided to prepare an Australian history lesson for American politicians. Hymes, a 13-year-old who loves dancing and the piano, wrote the story of Australia's gun control laws on a placard she took to the White House this week where she joined dozens of other school children demanding tougher gun laws.

Most students kept to short slogans. Am I next?" read one. "Fear has no place in school," said another.

But Hymes, a middle school student in Washington DC, wanted Americans to know about John Howard's response to the Port Arthur massacre more than two decades ago. "Australia had its worst mass shooting on April 28, 1996," her placard read, before explaining the bipartisan deal that followed. "The government bought back and destroyed over one million guns," she concluded. "Australia has not had a mass shooting since then."

Trump cant change the constitution. Its up to Congress and the States. Plus the Supreme Court regular makes rulings upholding 2nd amendment rights. Article Five of the Constitution

The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the several states, or by conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the Congress; provided that no amendment which may be made prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any manner affect the first and fourth clauses in the ninth section of the first article; and that no state, without its consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate.

This Gruen pitch ad made by one of the advertising firms is the most realistic approach I've seen to changing the gun laws in the US. I hope the kids make an impact but money always talks louder than emotions.

Timing is everything.

Had Husker Du released Candy Apple Grey in a post-Nirvana ‘Nevermind’ world instead of in 1986, when MTV had its boner for Poison, Prince and everything in between, they’d be living in mansions today (except Grant Hart who is dead).
Instead we have a plethora of poseurs and wannabe’s who cashed in and laughed all the way to the bank.
This band was the first band to emerge from America’s 80’s hardcore punk scene to release an album on a major, to very limited success. The world simply wasn’t ready for that sort of stuff yet, clearly. Because I defy anyone to find a single Green Day, Offspring, or Good Charlotte song that is more hook laden than this. To this day I am still dumbfounded that this song never hit the top of the charts.

Beach Boys more my era............... I wish they all could be California - - - - giiiiiiiirrrrrrrrrrlllllllssssss!!!!!!

That sign reminds me of the doco "Mum, how do you spell Gorbatrof?" years ago when an Aussie school kid wanted to write a letter to Gorby to have a chat about dismantling the nukes.
