The article says that the number of years is the only issue with the contract. It'll probably be 2 years and take him to free agency - but at that point guys like Boak, Gray, Broadbent et al will be reducing their pay packets.

Probably didn’t have as great a view of it and just trusted the goal umpire, but someone definitely called for a review of it.
Currently on 7. Not exactly a hard round to tip.

True but Darling is a far superior player now to what he was then. Plus they smashed Hawthorn in the first week when they got to play at home but succumbed in the GF at the MCG despite being the higher ranked side.
