Liked: Melbourne, keep it up Dees even with Lever out they are still dangerous. Also North, although they smacked a hapless Brisbane they are certainly doing as I expected. There was no way North would finish bottom this year.

Learnt: It is probably season over for Adelaide with all the injuries, poor composure in games, etc. Could easily go on a long losing streak.

Hated: Rance aint that good good at dance!.

Lol. He certainly is a bit gangly. He's just super tall with long arms so does go a bit inflatable man at times. It's greatly accentuated by his hair though, it flops about with contact. Wouldn't change a thing. I've seen him get rag-dolled unfairly a lot this year by defenders, be interesting to see if umpires notice it more now that Scott said Brown was frustrated by it on the weekend for the first time.

Learned - Sydney flying under the radar massively.... Not getting the plaudits or attention that they deserve, could be their year.
Hated - Jake Lever doing his ACL... shit luck for a club that is finally on the right track, hopefully they can overcome the loss.

This is the thing. I have no problem with Rance being fined, he’s done it a few times and should stamp it out of his game but he’s not the only one. So many players do it but the afl have done nothing until this week fining Rance and Sinclair. I want to see the perineal divers, floppers, duckers like brown and selwood start coping fines now as well.

Don’t be sad that everyone is calling out Rance for diving mate, he’s done it for years and it’s about time. If you think Brown is worse than Rance then you are more biased than I thought. Ask anyone other than Richmond fans.

I only saw the Geelong game and some highlights this weekend.

Liked: Geelong's better players were finally their best performers. Dees and North won again.

Learnt: Giving Mitch Duncan 16 disposals in a quarter while hardly laying a hand on him equals carnage. Geelong went from 7 points up at quarter time to 9 goals up at half time.

Hated: Rance dive, Fyfe suspension

Liked - Kicking straight, makes a difference when you kick more goals than points, if Membrey kicked 6.0 instead of 1.5 we probably would've beaten Freo.

Learnt - West Coast look a lot more beatable with Darling out of the team, they'll be hoping his ankle injury is only a minor one.

Hated - The Perth hometown umpiring, it was even worse than usual, hard enough to beat WC in Perth without the umpires giving them an armchair ride.



The umpiring was like that for every game I watched on the weekend, just about every contest the umpires try to pluck out a free kick even if it isn't there.

Mate if your team won the game would you be complaining about the umpiring? Or is it only when West Coast win. Find it pretty disrespectful that people think the umpires handed us the win. We have also won all our away games this year when the umpring has gone against us.
