This is a must win game tonight for Geelong more than Richmond.
Looking at the free kick count I believe the umpires know this also.

Geelong will be 8th on percentage if they lose. Only the Roos and Swans could displace them; the Swans are on the same points and will have to beat Collingwood by any margin to get into the eight. Roos have to make up 9% so Geelong would need to lose it's game by 60 while the Roos win by 60, not what I'd call reasonable.

It's just like the Bulldogs early 2017, when they came out pretty average but teams kept falling over themselves finding ways to lose to them.

Eventually people realised they aren't much good.
