The way I see it; most on the left have little in common with the far left. Most on the right have little in common with the far right/alt right. Maybe we need to really look at the names to avoid some of this shit-flinging. I've said it a few times; at this point I really can't see either side as the be-all-end-all. In the last week I've been called a right-winger AND a left-winger.

Most of the right do have something in common with the far right ie denial of scientific evidence on climate, disdain for immigration, denigration of indigenous people, cut welfare, demonising refugees and locking them in camps, support for the gun lobby, wolf-whistling, exaggeration of crime from racial minorities, sympathy for white supremacy and racist political parties like one nation ect .'Left' people want basic social justice and action onnthe evidence on climate change.The 'far left ' in yr book eg Antifa, want to protest against neo nazi rallies and stop racism.See the difference?
