I went through this a few weeks ago.

Bolton is just like Chris Hughton at Brighton in the PL. Really nice guys and positive people managers, but lacking in tactical nous and often left with no effective plan B making them easy to out coach.

Have loved having Bolts as our coach. His smile and enthusiasm is infectious, and no doubt had a big impact on everyone at our club.

Bolts is a good dude. Would love to have him around the club in some sort of role with the youth (obviously won't happen) away from the pressure of winning and losing. His philosophy about turning the players into well rounded men is so valuable.
