The combination of Teague and Cripps should not be underestimated as drawcards, imo.

Players talk, and the general consensus is clearly that Teague is the type of coach that you want to play for. Word would already be out about this.

Add to that the universally-respected Cripps (whenever opposition mids are interviewed about their toughest opponents his name is invariably first to come up, and he just won the "popularity vote" MVP in a landslide probably not quite befitting of his entire season), and these are two leaders that may just play a huge part in attracting navy blue signatures.

We're on the cusp, just need the first couple of dominos to fall.

Hugh's best is absolutely elite, his issue so far has been a lack of consistency. I hope he stays with the Crows and has a big preseason, I can see this one coming back to bite us if he goes elsewhere.

Dunno 'bout Hugh but I'd love us to lock in Talia. I think he's a HUGE part of the puzzle we need and would complete our spine.
Talia at FB & Jones at CHB would be the foundation of a VERY miserly defence, which can also generate run.
Then all we need is a hardy grunty Mid to do the mudwork for Crippa.
